Women in STEM: Finding Our Voices was a collaborative event by Bow Valley College and Women Owned Narratives.
Participants discussed three key themes:
- Finding Your Voice: Explore techniques to make your voice heard and how to build the confidence to speak up.
- Mentorship: Learn the significance of mentors in your career journey.
- Gain insights into strategies for advancing and thriving in your career.
The event kicked off with an inspiring group of panelists, followed by three interactive discussion rounds in a World Café conversation format.
Women Owned Narratives programs are strengthened through participation of local organizations providing services to women.
